Login Problem

NORMAL LOG-IN PROCEDURE
First-time users should enter their email address on file with the JFA in the appropriate box and then enter the password that was included in the 2006 Jay Family Fall Newsletter. You will then be prompted to enter your own password. This password may be alpha or numeric and must contain at least 5 characters.

If you receive an error message, please double-check your email address and password for typos. If we have an incorrect email address on file for you, this will need to be corrected or up-dated before you will be able to log-in. To update the email address we have on file for you, please contact Mary Boehm.

STILL HAVING PROBLEMS?
In rare cases, your internet security settings may be set too high. If this is the case, the required "cookie" cannot be added to your computer to enable log-in. If you are using Internet Explorer you can solve this problem as follows:

Go to the Jay Family site homepage. At the top of the Internet Explorer toolbar.....

Click on Tools then.....Internet Options then.....the Privacy "Tab"

Then slide the setting bar to the bottom to read "Accept all Cookies". Click "Apply" and then "OK".

You should now be able to log-in to the "Members Only" section of the JFA site. After you have logged in, go back through the above steps to change your settings back to "Medium" or to the original settings (will not work if set to "High"). You will now be able to access the site because the required "cookie" has been added to your computer.

If you are running a web browser other than Internet Explorer, you will need to determine how to allow "cookies" on your specific browser. Once "our" cookie has been added, you should be good to go.
